c999 Responsible Gaming — Your
safety is our priority
c999 believes entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it is safe and controlled. Our tools and support team are always here for you.

Why is responsible gaming important?
Online casino and betting is primarily a form of entertainment. However, for some people it can turn into a harmful habit. c999 wants every player to play consciously, safely, and in a controlled manner. We believe that when the right information and tools are available, you can set your own limits.
At c999, we place the highest importance on every player's mental wellbeing and financial security. That is why our platform offers several effective self-control tools — which you can use to manage your betting activity responsibly. We are always ready to ensure that gaming never becomes a source of stress, anxiety, or financial difficulty.
Our self-control tools
Deposit Limit
You can set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set, it will not be possible to deposit more than that amount — this protects your budget and prevents overspending.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break for a while, use the time-out feature. Your account can be temporarily suspended for a set period — from one day to several weeks. During this time, you will not be able to log in or place bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to take a long-term break from the c999 platform, choose the self-exclusion option. Through this process, your account will be completely closed for a set period and cannot be reactivated before that time.
Session Time Limit
Playing for a long stretch at a time reduces your ability to make good decisions. Set a session time limit — once the set time passes, the system will automatically notify you and, if needed, log you out of your account.
Betting History Review
You can access your complete betting history at any time from your account. Analyse your spending patterns and decide whether you need to change your habits. Transparency is the first step toward responsible gaming.
