1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the c999 platform and its users. By visiting, browsing, or using the c999 website (c999.mom), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Management

To open an account at c999, you must provide accurate and complete information. An account created with false information may be cancelled at any time and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

2.1 Single Account Ownership

Each user may create only one account. Having more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the c999 support team immediately. c999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing login details with a third party.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

c999 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Before a withdrawal or for large transactions, the platform may request the following documents:

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal to a payment account not registered in the account holder's name is not possible.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

c999 offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms.
• A bonus may only be usable on certain games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be suspended.
• c999 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

6.1 Game Cancellation & Technical Issues

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.2 Closure by the User
